Oblivion CWRP Store

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the Oblivion store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the store or purchase any items.

2. Digital Goods & Purchases

All products sold are digital, in-game items or perks for use exclusively on the Oblivion Garry’s Mod server.

Items may include ranks, credits, cosmetics, priority queue access, or other in-game benefits
These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
Purchases grant a limited, revocable license to use the item within the server

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method
You are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate
Unauthorized transactions must be reported immediately

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered if:

A support ticket is opened prior to or shortly after purchase, and
A valid explanation is provided and accepted by the Oblivion staff team
Refunds will not be granted for:

Bans, kicks, or other punishments received after purchase
Server wipes, resets, updates, or balancing changes
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with items
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Oblivion staff team.

5. Server Rules & Enforcement

By purchasing items, you agree to follow all Oblivion server rules.

Violations may result in loss of purchased items without compensation
Staff decisions are final in all moderation matters

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Do not share your account with others
Oblivion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised accounts

7. Modifications to the Server

Oblivion reserves the right to modify, remove, or rebalance any in-game content at any time.

Purchased items may be changed for gameplay balance
No compensation is guaranteed for such changes

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

Immediate suspension or permanent ban from the server
Revocation of all purchased items
Oblivion reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the server or store at any time, without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Oblivion is not liable for:

Server downtime or technical issues
Loss of in-game progress, items, or data
Any damages resulting from use of the server or store
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes
