By purchasing any product from the Oblivion CWRP Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

All purchases made through the Oblivion CWRP Store are voluntary and support the continued development and operation of the server.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Digital Products

All products sold are digital items, including but not limited to:
  • Server ranks
  • In-game perks
  • Cosmetic items
  • Packages
  • Donations and supporter benefits
No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Because our products are delivered digitally and usually instantly, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests made through your payment provider without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your server account.

5. Server Rules

Purchasing a rank or package does not exempt you from following the server rules.

Players who break server rules may be warned, kicked, temporarily banned, or permanently banned regardless of any purchases they have made.

Bans issued for rule violations do not entitle the player to a refund.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the server online as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect server availability.

7. Changes to Packages

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, or remove store items, perks, or benefits at any time if necessary for server balance, gameplay, or technical reasons.

8. Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
  • Permanent removal of purchased items
  • Permanent ban from the server
  • Restriction from future purchases

9. Liability

Oblivion CWRP is not responsible for:
  • Loss of gameplay progress
  • Server downtime
  • Data loss caused by technical issues
  • Interruptions beyond our control

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the server or store after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
